Unity Medical Center was honored to be the recipient of the 2021 Business of the Year Award from Polar Communications. A business must be nominated by a Polar employee based on the following criteria: business excellence, customer relations, community service, recognition of achievement, and innovation of products and services.

More than 50 UMC staff and board members attended a surprise award ceremony on May 25, 2021. Polar CEO, Karl Blake presented the award to UMC CEO, Alan O'Neil and UMC Board President Jo Petersen also said a few words.
