Director of Facilities
Unity Medical Center is seeking a Director of Facilities to join our team and lead our facility operations team. We are seeking a leader with strong relationship skills, an understanding of process improvement, and a history of project management. This position will coordinate our capital construction projects and support our entire organization in delivering excellent care in a safe and comfortable environment.
The ideal candidate combines technical knowledge with strong leadership and process improvement skills. The role is responsible for strategic leadership, operational management, regulatory compliance, emergency preparedness, and capital project execution throughout the facilities team in our organization. A desire to serve with innovation, excellence, team focus, and high-level accountability will define the successful candidate.
